- Subscription and billing information processed by Stripe
- Standard server log information generated by our hosting provider
Uploaded Files
Uploaded CSV files are processed in memory during your active session and are not stored on our servers.
Authentication and Hosting
Authentication is handled by a third-party provider (such as Auth0), which may store login credentials and security-related metadata.
Our hosting provider may generate server logs that include IP addresses, timestamps and request metadata for security and operational purposes.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Balanced Allocate does not store full credit card details.
Cookies
We use cookies necessary for authentication, session management and payment processing. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
We use third-party providers (such as authentication, hosting and payment processors) solely to operate the Service.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect account information. However, no online system is completely secure.
